Developing the website for Buanfas. Expanding a currently in-person or DM-only business with an online store and presence that combines a functional shopping experience with the brand's personality and essence.

Buanfas organically grew an Instagram following while sourcing vintage shoes for celebrities and public figures. Their goal was to expand to an online store to improve efficiency and reach a larger customer base.

The website was to be visually interesting, yet elegantly simple. Their inspiration was a white curtain with a simple black, white, red, and pink color palette.

Part of Buanfas' business model and inspiration is to sell shoes that aren't necessarily tied to a brand or designer, but are well-made and beautiful. With occasional higher-priced exceptions, every shoe on the website is €40. The only filter option is shoe size—an intentional way of getting customers to explore.

The site releases shoe drops in sets of 10.

The website is built on Shopify and is currently available in the EU, UK, Switzerland, and USA.
